1. Trade Terms: EXW Factory

2. Price validity: one month against quotation day. Silver price will be calculate by the date of order confirm.

3. Delivery time: Production in 15-25days. Stock in 3-5days.

4. Customization: Customized order is acceptable.

5. Payment term: 30% deposit to start production,70% balance before delivery.

6. MOQ: Stock start with 10pcs each model. Production required 30-100pcs to start.

7. Additional Remarks: Other terms and conditions to be confirmed via mutual agreement between supplier and buyer.
